How to Get Out of a Red Light Ticket

Red light cameras, you’ve all gotten busted or you know some one who has gotten busted. They have one in San Rafael Downtown that makes the city of San Rafael about $750,000 a year. Every time you roll through that red light sign on your way to the freeway or your rush, you’re popping' off $500-$600 for the county. Are you out of your mind?!

You run through the red light it takes your picture. You get a letter in the mail, it’s got your license place and your picture. If your face is in the picture pay the ticket and shut up, theres no way your going to beat it, they got you cold.

You’ve got two cars, yours and your wife’s, so you register your car in wife’s name, and she registers her car in your name, and she drives through a red light, takes her picture and she’s busted. But she’s in your car. When she gets a letter from the DA saying pay up $500 she says no, look heres a copy of my driver license, it’s not me, its obviously a male behind the wheel. And you don’t have to tell them who’s driving. its not your job to give evidence against anybody. If you get a ticket in your wives car, no problem.
