That is one way to make money in real estate, but there are several other ways investors use our brains to get paid. Transactional lending is one of the fastest ways I've learned how to profit in real estate, especially if you have access to capital.
This 2 part video will break down how I use Transactional lending to help other investors close deals plus make a little money for myself. We help real estate wholesalers close deals so they can get their check as well. Once I started learning the business, more opportunities started to come my way.
