TUIRA Acai is very rare to come by because it’s difficult (and expensive) to process and transport. So a lot of acai products you find in stores are picked when they’re still not ripe (nowhere near “tuira”), so you won’t benefit from its powerful effects, authentic taste an colour.

The local communities in this deep beautiful Amazon rainforest have cherished acai fruit and harvested acai palms for over 400 years. They own their acai lands, look after their rainforest all year around - and always leave enough berries to feed the wildlife! This is totally different to how the commercial and mass-produced acai is harvested!
