If you don't need title bar in your app and want to increase the real estate of the app then you can hide the title bar. In this android video tutorial, we shall see how to hide the title bar of the app by using Java code.

We will not edit the layout of the activity and neither will we change the style of the activity in styles.xml file. So no XML editing in this Android Studio tutorial and will change the java code only.

You will see we change the style of App in AndroidManifest.xml to DeviceDefault because we want to get rid of the customization done by Android Studio by default for our app.
