How to host concurrent events on your virtual event platform Remo (2020)

Welcome to Remo! Remo is a virtual event platform that focuses on building authentic relationships by providing an immersive virtual space for people to host events, connect and network with each other. In this tutorial, we will show you how to host concurrent events on Remo conference.

Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to Remo
Step 2: Click on the 3 dot icon in the top right corner of the second event
Step 3: Click copy invite URL
Step 4: Click on your first event (3 dot icon) and click “edit event”
Step 5: In the left navigation bar, click on “Floor Plan”
Step 6: Select the layout for Sponsor Ads (4 or 6 sponsor layout)
Step 7: In the left navigation bar, click “Sponsors”
Step 8: Click Add Sponsor Ad
Step 9: Fill out sponsor company name with your directions to your second event
Step 10: Click browse computer and upload your image
Step 11: Go to Ad media, and click upload image
Step 12: Click browse computer and upload your image
Step 13: Enter in your call to action that will direct them to your second event
Step 14: Paste in your event invite URL from Step 3 into your call to action link
Step 15: Add in “?autojoin=1” into the end of the URL
Step 16: Select location on map of where you want this to be positioned
Step 17: Click save changes
Step 18: Head back to your floor plan, and click on the logo and call to action to head to your second event
Step 19: Repeat the same steps to link your second event back to your first event.
