Copy a table out of Word, paste it into Excel, and it falls apart — merged
cells, lost structure, half the data in the wrong column.

There's a method that keeps it intact. We save the Word document as plain text,
then import it properly using tab delimiters, so every paragraph lands in the
right cell. Takes about three minutes.
