Troubleshoot Problems:
1. ModuleNotFoundError
After executing pip command successfully, this error will get generated, if you save your Python file with name mysql.
Don't save your python file with name mysql.py
If you have saveed it with name mysql, either rename that file or delete that file and create the new one.

2. Unknown character set: 'utf8mb4'
To resolve this issue, add charset argument in connect ( ) function.
