Soundrone builds a safe bubbler out of a aluminum can and shows you how. Please do not smoke straight from an aluminum can or tin foil . It is very toxic and dangerous. Only smoke through approved pipe pieces. Having some random parts in your trunk is much safer than driving around with a bong. Having this parts in your trunk enables you to basically have a bong anywhere you are without actually carrying something that can get you in trouble.
