How to make a club penguin header using photoshop cs4

Hello everyone, this is a quick video on how to make a club penguin banner/header for a blog such as wordpress. I created it for my friends since they wanted to know how to make it. Anyways, The program I use is called Adobe Photoshop CS4. If you want the software, here is the link to download;

Unfortunately, you need to sign-up with an adobe account, which is FREE!

It is about 400+ mb, but I have something quite cool I would like to show you. I don't recommend downloading the full version, use the portable version! It is about 60mb and you dont have to pay!!
