In this episode I go over how to make jambalaya. I didn't use the normal meats used in the original version because they are hard to find in California, but these meats work. I didn't add shrimp because my nephew doesn't care for them, but you can add shrimp in yours near the last 10 minutes or so so they don't shrink.
