How to Make an EASY SIMPLE CIRCLE BOUFFANT Scrub Hat

Because so many people are now making different types of personal protective equipment for healthcare workers and themselves, I've gotten lots of requests on how to make scrub hats and for me to make them for colleagues. I reviewed 4 different hat patterns, and am also working on a video that compares all 4. This version is what I'm calling the "Simple Circle" hat because it's a quick and easy hat made out of 3 simple circles. You can make it with our without elastic, and the hats can be completed in less than 10 minutes. Great pattern for someone new to sewing!
