The three long term EVS volunteers from the "Balkan Youth Festival" Association (Sofia, Bulgaria), Aniol Calatayud from Spain, Maja Pêsic from Serbia and Leticia García from Spain, learnt how to make banitsa thanks to their mentor, Ina Peeva. And also, with the help of a photographer, Yoan Zemyarski. We want to show you how you can make a delicious banitsa.
Ingredients:
•5 eggs
•1 package of crust
•1 pack sour milk – 400gr.
•400gr. white cheese (sirene)
•65gr. butter
•1 tea spoonful of baking soda
