Industrial Liquid Soap Base formulation use as a base for DIY shower gel, Facial Cleanser and Shampoo too. Its just base soap and you need to add a few more active ingredients too.
Just follow the ingredients below:

INGREDIENTS 1kg liquid soap base:
10 gm (1%) - Glycerin USP
445gm (45%) - Distilled Water
1gm (0.1%) - EDTA Powder
350gm (35%) - 25% SLES Solution
30gm (3%) - Decyl Glucoside
80gm (8%) - Gelling Thickener (Acrylates Copolymer)
3gm (0.1-0.3%) - TEA
80gm (8%) - Betaine
5gm (0.5%) - Preservative Paraben Free
