In this property education video, Simon Zutshi, author of Property Magic, founder of the property investors network (pin), and successful property investor since 1995 shares how you are still able to make money in a Property Crash by following his recommended Property Crash strategies.

Simon begins by explaining that whilst it may seem like there has been a boom during the post Covid Property Market, people must not be fooled. He tells us why he personally believes we are heading towards a Property Crash in the UK.

With many Furlough Scheme Redundancies and businesses continuing to close down, Simon reveals his opinion of how this will lead to the next big Property Crash in the UK. He elaborates on his Property Crash Predictions which will be fueled by an increasing number of landlords who want to retire early due to increased taxation since the introduction of Section 24, and potentially a tougher mortgage market due to concerns about Property Investment During Covid 19. All of this leads to the likelihood of a Property crash in the UK.

However, Simon then goes onto explain how you can still make money with Property Investing during a Crisis. If Property Prices in the UK are coming down, it becomes a buyers market which means you can buy at a lower price or get flexible terms from the seller and use creative property investing strategies such as Vendor Finance, Exchange with Delayed Completion (EDC), and Purchase Lease Options. Finally Simon talks in detail about his favourite strategy, Purchase Lease Option, where you are able to control property without actually owning it.
