Holiday Spice

1 tbsp ground ginger

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tbsp ground cloves

1/2 tbsp ground black pepper



Wassail Ingredients

1 cup Brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon (can be removed)

3 bottles of ale

3 bottles of hard cider

1/2 cup brandy

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tbsp holiday spice

2 sticks cinnamon

whipped cream
