Description from the creator

Watch these excellent examples because you can cancel common factors when multiplying fractions! To multiply fractions, first, you multiply the numerators and then multiply the denominators. You can simplify (reduce) the new fraction at the end or you can simplify before multiplying. When you simplify before multiplying, the process is called cross-canceling or cross-cancelation. If any numerator and any denominator have a common factor, you can cancel out (divide by) the common factor before you multiply fractions.
