In this video, we explain the process of getting your CPL License for your CCW in Michigan.

The term CCW refers to concealed carry weapon. You need a CPL (Concealed Permit License) to carry your CCW.

You don't need a CPL for the rifle in your home but you will need it for a pistol you plan on concealing and carrying in public. The best process is to do the following...

1) Find an CPL instructor either on our website goo.gl/aYhmEs or by google searching the one closes to you.

2) Sign up for the CPL class (usually around 8 hours long at least).

3) Take a test upon completion.

4) When you pass you get a certificate of completion.

5) Take that certificate of completion to your local courthouse or police department.

6) They will take your fingerprints, run a background check, etc.

7) 3 to 4 weeks you get your permit in the mail and can legally carry your concealed weapon.

Remember be safe and always educate.
