HOW TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN GHANA || QUICK STEPS IN 2020

Many Ghanaians are engaged in online business activities but find it difficult to transact because they do not have Paypal accounts. My name is Joel Sam and this video tutorial is to help such individuals create their own accounts that will put an end to their struggle.

Ghana is not listed as a PayPal country but in response to comments on my previous videos, I felt it was necessary to share how to open a PayPal account in Ghana, exploiting an opening in the Paypal system which makes that possible.
