How to play from HIGH to LOW Notes

Playing high and lows notes can be a lot of fun. But what happens when you have to go back and forth, high and low on the flute? Problems can occur so I've come up with some sure-fire tips to make playing from a high note to a low note and the reverse on a flute very easily!
