Preparing our horses for success in each thing that will be required of them is essential. When it comes to tying the process can be relatively simple to prepare a horse to be tied, what is important is that we dont over-face them with a potential situation while they are tied up. In order to better prepare them for being tied up while the unexpected may happen we need to help them build their understanding and confidence in their ability to move in a controlled environment.
