Description from the creator

Shows a Quick and Easy way to read and Photograph Grave Markers that have worn or are discolored. Get a Tour through the Cemetery of Early Campbellton Georgia Pioneers. Plantation Owners, A Judge, Civil War veterans, and the family of a Revolutionary War veteran and Maybe John Gibson Himself. Special note: Do the whole stone for best photographic results. Read the comments. There are many ideas and this video has created much interest in preservation of old local cemeteries. NOTE ALSO: I was and am working with family members in this cemetery, Per Family Requests. I like the idea of Talc over Flour, I like the Idea of do nothing to the stone if possible. Even cleaning the stones with anything may cause more deterioration by unsealing cracks. Dry open voids in the stone collect water and freeze. Mildew and sap are sealers to a certain extent. The reason most of these stones are damaged and continue to be are falling trees and branches. The first stone in this video is now broken in half by a falling branch. Photographic evidence may be all that survives many of these stones.
