How to recover deleted files with Windows 7

This video will show you how to recover files that have been deleted permanently off of Windows 7 using commands that ship with Windows 7. No need to download confusing recovery tools, just follow this video.
Commands:
Get Shadow Copy Volume Name:
vssadmin List Shadows
Make symbolic link:
usage: mklink /d [link to create] [volume to link to]
example:
mklink /d c:\shadow \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy7\
Remember don't forget to add the \ at the end of the shadow copy volume name!!!!
