Steps to remove the background in Photoshop are :

1) First go to the photo whose background is to be removed.

2) Remove lock:-
Now go to layers section of the Photoshop , there you will find a logo/photo with name background and lock sign besides it , so double click on that lock icon and then click OK , so this step changes the name and removes that lock.

3)Select Magic wand tool:-
Now go the left panel of Photoshop there you will find Quick selection tool so right click on it and select magic wand tool , if already magic wand is there then don't do anything.

4)Background selection:-
Now with magic wand tool selected go the photo where the background is to be removed , click on the background of the photo, this will select the entire background but if still some part is remaining the press SHIFT and click on leftover background , make sure the whole background is selected.

5) Delete background:-
Now press the Delete key of your keyboard, this will delete the whole background and now only logo is left.

6) Select and copy:-
So select the logo/photo by pressing CTRL+A and after that press CTRL+C.

7)Paste:-
Go to the photo where the logo/photo is to be added and press CTRL+V, this will add the logo/photo to your photo.

8)Move, Resize, Rotate:
You can now move the logo/photo using move tool , as well as change the size logo/photo , rotate it and also change it's opacity.
