The Arkansas Department of Human Services website, and their division of Aging and Adult Services has what can be considered a 'one-stop-shopping' section devoted to assisted living in Arkansas.

In addition to providing information for those wishing to open an assisted living facility in Arkansas, and how to get licensed, this page also provides direction for those who are low-income, or who are in need of affordable senior housing.

If you are interested in finding our more about specific state regulations for both Level I and level II assisted living facilities, there is a link that will take you to the Arkansas Department of Human Services site, and a downloadable .pdf for regulations for each type of facility
