How to Reset Your Facebook Password If You Forget It

To begin open Facebook and click Forgot Account under the password box at the top. To find your account, type in the email address you used for Facebook. Then click Search. Facebook will then send you a verification email. In a new tab, open your email inbox and find the email from Facebook. Click the Change Password button. Now, enter your new password. It has to be at least 6 characters long, and it’s recommended that you use a combination of letters, numbers, and other symbols to create a stronger password. When you’re done, click Continue. And that’s it! After that, you’ll be taken to your Facebook homepage and you’re back into your account.
