If you want your iPhone alarm clock to vibrate but not make a sound, you should do:
- Open the watch.
- Click the plus sign to add an alarm.
- Set the right time.
- Press the “sound” and scroll down.
- Select No.
- Scroll up.
- Select Vibrate.
- Select the type of vibration from the list (you can leave "default").
