Marie is the girl showing us the tutorial on how to easily saddle our horse - she's the owner of Friberga Rytteri were horses are trained and equestrians educated. Friberga Rytteri is a educational business located in Uppsala, Sweden.

Horses are very powerful animals and riding and taking care of one or several means being responsible. A lot of youtube-videos shows equestrians riding without helmets and bareback(without saddle) - so called "free riding" - giving people the sense of how liberating it can be to own and ride a horse. Riding is extremely liberating, and it's true - you do get the sense of freedom when you're up on your horse. Being a trained professional riding instructor and horse trainer I strongly suggest and actually condemn riding without a helmet, it's very dangerous. People have been killed riding without proper protection and I would hate that to happen.

In this video above you see how to easily saddle your horse.
