So What is a mission statement? a formal summary of the aims and values of a company, organization, or individual. What is a vision statement? Your vision is sometimes called a picture of your company in the future. Why is it important to spend time creating and sharing your mission and vision statement: Sets the tone and expectations for your prospective employees, existing employees, and your clients. You will attract and interact with people that share your values, are interested in solving the same problems, and that understand to what target out there in the distance you are trying to reach. So lets take a look at the mission and vision of my company

At Aaidebook our mission is to reduce unnecessary hospital readmission and improve patient prognosis. Our vision is to be the innovations leader in home healthcare.

Assignment:
Research the mission and vision statement of your favorite companies, then reflect on where you want your company to be at some point in the future and how you want to be perceived by the public.
