How to Succeed at Your Internship (Internship Goals) | The Intern Hustle

Going into the internship, it is always good to sit down with your supervisor and map out what success looks like as an intern with their company. Some companies have very clear expectations for their interns and will have specific projects set aside for you. And (truth time) other companies have no clue what to do with you and exactly how you can contribute.

You need to be personally responsible for setting goals at the beginning of your internship to ensure you get the most out of the experience. This video is part two of a three-part series on internship goal setting. If you haven’t watched part one, you can do that here (youtu.be/7Yf5OKr60RQ). Then come back and watch part two. The final video in the series will be all about how to maximize your internship experience once it’s over.
