How to talk on the phone to someone with dementia?

Today’s video is about how to have enjoyable phone conversations with your loved one with dementia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of you are calling your loved ones because you can’t visit them as often as you would like. To avoid the feeling of groundhog day with your phone calls, I share some mindset tips to help as well as specific things you can do and say to your loved one when you are on the phone.
