Do you know how to tell if your lawn absolutely needs core aeration? Here is a simple trick to tell.

Use a screwdriver and see if you can easily push it in the lawn. If it’s extremely difficult then you are in dire need. If it takes no effort to get it 5-7 inches down then you have decent soil and a liquid aeration will keep it nice for you.

Just think, if you cannot penetrate the soil then how will your grass roots do so as well?
