How to test Start Capacitor for an Electric Motor with a Multimeter accurately

In this video, I have shown how to test a start or run capacitor for fan motor or air conditioner compressor with a multimeter accurately in steps.

Here I have explained before measuring the capacitance how to discharge the capacitor by taking all the safety precautions. If you have a multimeter which can measure the higher capacitance then this the most accurate method for testing the start capacitor.
