%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

This video shows how to transfer all bookmarks from Mozilla Firefox from an old hard drive to a new hard drive. This will also work if you are transferring bookmarks from one computer to another computer, just copy the files onto a flash drive and paste them in the appropriate locations.
