How to upload, download or modify WordPress files without cpanel or FTP? | Hey Let's Learn Something

This plugin came very handy to us when we had to access the files of WordPress but did not have the credentials to log in to the Cpanel. With only using the WordPress login details ( /wp-admin, and its username/password), you will be able to copy, upload, download, and modify all the files you want.

Though this plugin is very easy to use, you will need to be a little cautious while using it. Downloading files may not create any issue, however, if you wish to modify (for instance .htacess file or function.php, etc) you should know what you are doing, or else, you might be locked and may not be able to gain back to WordPress as well. Also, be careful to delete any files as there is no trash and they will be permanently deleted.
But if you know what you are doing, this will be one of the best plugins to use especially for the Freelancers – where many clients hesitate to give access to Cpanel or have little knowledge about it, anyway, hope this plugin will be useful to you.
