3. Write a “TO CONFIRM” email when assigned a project on the fly.
4. Never end an email with a QUESTION.
5. Set a time DEADLINE for people to respond to your email.
6. Never send an email on a FRIDAY evening.
7. Always PROOFREAD your emails.
