Illustrator tutorial : How to create shadow with any object - Part 02

Illustrator Tutorial: How to create or place shadow with any object with few steps in Illustrator. Through using only smooth blend option you can create a shadow.

Steps
00:24 - New file with Gradient background.
01:05 - Create a shape, i use text and convert it outline.
02:04 - Make 2 more copies of that shape, Upper one black and below white.
02:10 - Select both layers, Apply "Object - Blend - Blend options - Smooth Blend".
Then Again same "Object - Blend - Blend options - Make".
It will give you smooth gradient.
02:50 - Select Blend layer, apply "Window - Transparency - Multiply".
After apply multiply, you can place any kind of background,
it will adopt that background and adjust with it..
03:03 - Expend Blend layer, select black layer and apply dark grey or light grey,
Dark grey appeal dark shadow and light grey appeals light shadow,
apply grey color according to your need.
