Details: This Tutorial teaches how to the worm which is a basic move in breakdancing. Practice on a soft surface until you get comfortable with it and then try it on the floor. As we learn more flow moves I will be introducing more and more flow concepts to you so stay tuned.

Warning: These tutorials do involve moves that take time and hard work to learn and should not be attempted until you master the basics (Toprocks, Basic Footwork & Basic Freezes). Make sure you get comfortable with the moves before moving on, and make sure you have an open space to dance in.
