These are the steps we will take in this tutorial:
1. Insert Image
2. Use HSB/HSL smart filters to create nice colors
3. Add Hue/Saturation for color grading
4. Create Mask on the image layer
5. Chose different brush tip and create scratches on face
6. Add exposure adjustment layer and invert its mask
7. Use brush to draw on mask and create light leaks coming out from the skin
8. Use motion blur to blur the light leaks and make them more realistic
9. Create an empty layer
10. Choose gradient tool to create a rainbow gradient (which is already built in Photoshop)
11. Create the gradient and make it smaller
12. Put the gradient exactly on the sunglasses
13. Add motion blur to the gradient
14. Add noise smart filter both to gradient and the whole image
