►FULL INSTRUCTIONS◄

1. Create a new document 3840px X 2160px @ 150DPI, white background, name the file “Blueprint”
2. Unlock the Background layer and name it “Graph Paper”
3. Give “Graph Paper” layer the following Pattern Overlay Layer Style
a. Blend Mode=Normal, Opacity=100%
b. Pattern=Graph Paper (Found under “Color Paper”)
c. Scale=275%, Link with Layer=CHECKED
4. Change Foreground Color to 001c82 and Background color to ffffff
5. Create a new layer named “Clouds”
6. Go to Filter – Render – Clouds
7. Set “Clouds” Layer Mode to “Darken”, Layer Opacity=7%
8. Import photo, resize to fill the document, and name the layer “Photo”
9. If the “Photo” layer is a Smart Object, Right Click and Rasterize Layer
10. CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+B to bring up the B&W dialogue box, select preset “High Contrast Blue Filter”
11. Go to Filter – Stylize – Find Edges
12. Change “Photo” layer’s Layer Mode to “Darken”
13. Create a new layer named “Color”
14. ALT+Backspace to fill “Color” layer with Foreground color (001c82)
15. Duplicate “Color” layer and name the duplicate “Border”
16. Change “Color” layer Layer Mode to “Screen”
17. Change “Border” layer’s Fill Opacity to 0% and give it the following Layer Styles
a. Stroke 1
i. Size=45, Position=Inside, Blend Mode=Normal, Opacity=100%, Overprint=UNCHECKED
ii. Fill Type=Color, Color=ecedf8
b. Stroke 2
i. Size=50, Position=Inside, Blend Mode=Normal, Opacity=100%, Overprint=UNCHECKED
