----------------------------------------------------
An easy to understand chemistry tutorial, aimed to meet the A-level (grade 11 /12) chemistry requirement: calculate the relative atomic mass of an element given the relative
abundances of its isotopes.

The relative atomic mass is the average mass of an atom within a specific sample, irrespective of where that sample came from (i.e. from Uranus or from earth). Standard atomic weight is the average mass of an atom within a normal sample - and by normal, we mean a sample that you'll find in your science lab.

In this video we work through three different examples to work out the given samples' relative atomic mass and decide if the samples used in the examples are 'normal' samples, or not.
This is the worksheet of more exercises for you to work through in your own time, to consolidate your understanding.
