Tutorial - How to fade type in Adobe Photoshop CC 2019

By default, you only get a solid color for type. So how do we get around the default? I'll show you how to fade type in Photoshop CC 2019 while keeping your type dynamic.

The secret is utilizing a gradient that goes from foreground color to transparent (in my example, white to transparent). But there's one extra step you'll see that you have to set in order for the type to turn fully transparent.
