Tutorial: Lovemaking with integrated de-armouring (Couples version)

In this video me, Susanne and Adam demonstrate a little practice that you can do with a/your partner. The purpose of the practice is to raise energy through the energy channels up to the crown of the head while you are circling your spine. Keep focus on your hands on your partners back as you are de-armouring your partners points this way - helped by their deep breathing into these points and your "blind-man's focus" into your fingertips.

You will hold your hand or finger on the energy channel that you are focussing on. With your conscious awareness you can send energy to that center. If there will be blocked energy, this will help it to release.

This practice will NOT be performed in the retreat but it will be a good preparation for our upcoming “Opening of the Sensual Feminine” retreat. This retreat will be a co-creation with Aaron Michael of Optimal Sex Life.
