00:00 - Intro
00:32 - What can help you decide the correct speed?
Factors that affect your appropriate driving speed are mainly:
1. Visibility - how much can you see down the road?
2. Pedestrians - are there pedestrians near the road?
3. Weather - what are the current weather conditions?
4. Road Width - how wide is the road? Remember, less space, less speed.
5. Landmarks - are you near any schools, playgrounds or zebra crossings?
02:22 - Blind corners
03:24 - Steering is more accurate when driving slower
05:02 - Less space, less speed
05:36 - Plan and anticipate
10:00 - Using the OUT routine
10:46 - Outro

Remember guys, the Speed Limit is NOT a target speed, it's the absolute maximum speed IF the road conditions are perfect.
