Hello everyone! Today I'll be giving you a rundown of how I made Dawn / Hikari's outfit from Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum! Diamond was my first and favourite pokemon game, and I spent many hours catching Pokemon and trying to fill up my pokedex :D
