Using the particle keyboard named "Yash's Particle Keyboard", where you can find on VRCMods site. There is also manual link.

Does it work on every avatar? The answer is no. Some avatars have different named joint groups, and that will not work with default bindings in the asset package. You need change yourself to match your named joints in animation file, so it can turned on / off with gestures.

The avatar i use for example has default named joint groups, so it works almost immediately.

(the video is fast edited, so there is no comments or sound available, but follow guide is pretty easy.)
