The global COVID pandemic has increased the spotlight on operations and supply chain management professionals, given the practical and complex problems they needed to solve on the ground on a daily basis.

With the explosion of e-commerce also, this has become an exciting, entrepreneurial career path with a lot of problem solving, people management, on the ground impact and tangible results, negotiation skills, customer engagement and leadership development. The portable skill set also enables global careers.
