How to Catch STRIPED BASS! {Catch Clean Cook} Striper Pasta

Striper fishing in Texas is a blast especially this time of the year when you can catch them on topwater. Jud and I headed to the lake to try to get some fresh fish for the freezer. Normally when we striper fish in this lake we troll using down riggers and big hair jigs. Today we were in my boat that doesn't have any down riggers so we improvised and used umbrella rigs and jerk baits. We found a few schools of stripers pretty quick but could only seem to pull a couple of fish out of each school. We ended the day with four big keeper stripers. I took our catch home to knock the fillets off and headed to the kitchen make an amazing pasta and fish dish. I hope you all enjoyed this video!
