I got a call from this client who was in his 30's and working for a successful position in a multinational company. And he asked me this rather odd question - He asked me how could he handle the fact that people made fun or him or ridiculed him. And he wanted to know how he could overcome the ridicule and mockery of others?
In this video I address this issue which apparently not only youngsters face, but also adults. And what is the issue? The issue of being called names, of being bullied and being mocked at is not something to be taken lightly. And this can be highlighted with the fact that if people come together to make life miserable for you - it can really impact your peace of mine, your ability to focus, your ability to do things. And this is not something to be taken lightly. Simply because all this unwanted pressure and stress does impact people.
In this video, I also give real life examples of real people and the challenges they have faced where others are concerned. And I also highlight how you can face such situations, overcome such mental & emotional struggles and yes become stronger.
