How to deliver an impromptu speech - Presentation Skills

**Update** - SpeakPro Academy has become DigitalCreatorInstitute.com More presentation skills tips at: speakinglifestyle.com/

When you hear top-notch speakers who look like they’ve got it all together, it’s b/c they practiced
-They tell the same stories over and over
-They hear the same questions over and over

Look at Elon Musk’s interviews and you’ll hear him tell the same stories

Go to a speaker’s event 3 times and you’ll hear them say the same things in similar ways

There’s nothing new to them. People respond in a similar way (I know this from performing)

MLK’ “I have a dream” speech was impromptu…the ‘I have a dream’ part was…but, he was talking about his dream before the speech. So it wasn’t unprepared.

Impromptu doesn’t mean unprepared.

Don’t feel bad if you feel like you can’t give an impromptu speech like other guys, it’s b/c they’ve done it a million times.
