• Stop turning against yourself
• Strong boundaries – no and enough

• Don’t fall for the “twist”, turning you around and making you believe it is your fault

• Learn to express yourself, communicate truth- real feelings
• Even though society does not teach you how to do this- learn.
• Stop hiding running, pretending
• Let go of ego, band- aids of money, cars, fame
• Learn how to treat women
• Listen and honor the goddess
• The key to being a king is knowing she is a queen
